This year, Mas Miró is participating in the Sons de Nit music series, organized by the Mont-roig Town Council.
On Friday, July 11th, we’ll have a concert by the Escarteen Sisters in the gardens of Mas Miró!
Escarteen Sisters is a quartet in a duo format, featuring two voices, a viola, and a cello. Sisters Flavia and Laia Escartín merge their strings with the human voice to offer delicate and virtuous performances. They sing in Catalan, Spanish, English, and Dutch, and occasionally incorporate their own invented language.
Their style breaks genre barriers, combining touches of contemporary classical music, jazz rhythms, traditional roots, and personal influences acquired throughout their musical journey.
On Saturday, August 16th, we’ll have a piano concert with José Luis Nieto at Mas Miró!
Trained at the prestigious Tchaikovsky Conservatory in Moscow, Nieto has captivated audiences worldwide, from the Royal Academy of Rome to the Auditorio Nacional in Madrid, as well as major venues in America, the Middle East, and Russia.
His impeccable technique and profound sensibility make him the ideal interpreter to delve into the complexity and beauty of Chopin’s repertoire. Prepare for an intimate and passionate evening that promises to be an unforgettable musical journey.
On both days, you can access the venue from 8:00 PM, where you’ll be able to freely visit the spaces of Mas Miró.
