An unpublished exhibition in the Old Church of Mont-roig on the relationship between Miró and Mont-roig. On display are original chalk models of Miró’s sculptures, images of the artist’s life and work, as well as significant objects from his creative and inspirational processes.

An approach to the reflections, values and personal life of the artist that will allow us to better understand the meaning of his work and his working methods. This exhibition focuses on Miró’s intimate relationship with the Mas Miró and the territory of Mont-roig, emphasising above all the importance of the farmhouse in his maturation as a sculptor.

We see in all Miró’s work, but above all in his sculpture, forms clearly influenced by or directly taken from natural and everyday objects in Mont-roig “The Soul of Form” shows us how Mont-roig and all its wealth of colours, forms and sensations accompanied the artist throughout his life.
