The Fundació Mas Miró, offers scholars visits adapted to the students interests.

Group visits

At Mas Miró we offer you the opportunity to visit the farmhouse in private groups, from Tuesday to Sunday during our opening hours. We can offer you a theatralised visit or a guided tour.

Family workshop

We will travel through the different places of the farmhouse that housed and inspired Joan Miró throughout his life. Where did he sleep? Where did he work? How was he inspired? All the answers you will find in Mas Miró!

Reduced entry: 8 €

Reduced price applicable to university students, children 8-12 years old, teachers, large and single-parent families, over 65 years old, residents of Mont-roig del Camp, people with disabilities, unemployed.

Yearly pass: 15 €

Free entrance for a natural year in Mas Miró, shop discount and reduced entry to activities.

How to get there

Fundació Mas Miró stands on the estate of the same name in the municipality of Mont-roig del Camp. The entrance is easy to find as you exit 1138 Mont-roig del Camp on the A-7. It has a free carpark.

You can arrive by the N-340 national direction Tarragona from Miami Platja (10 min) and direction Ametlla de Mar from Cambrils. (15 min)

If you come from Reus, you must take the A-7 motorway to the Hospitalet de l’infant and take the exit to Mont-roig del Camp. (20 min)

Public transport: train to Cambrils station and take a taxi to Mas Miró

Tips for visiting Mas Miró

  • Pets are welcome at Mas Miró, but they have to stay in the garden and be tied or controlled so that they do not disturb other visitors. In no case can they enter the museum spaces, except for guide dogs, and neither during the shows that are held at the Mas.
  • To make the visit with audio guide we recommend the use of headphones, Mas Miró has headphones with jack entrance
  • As always, during the visit try not to touch the furniture neither the objects. Not only for the safety of the site, but for people.
  • Your cooperation is essential, our staff will assist you if you have any doubt.
  • Breathe easy and enjoy the experience of visiting the place of inspiration of Joan Miró.
  • The Finca Mas Miró is a smoke-free space, so smoking is not allowed.
  • Respect the indications throughout the visit.

Accessibility

The Foundation works so that all visitors can enjoy the experience. Access to most of the spaces is adapted for people with reduced mobility. Although some spaces cannot be modified architecturally, as it is a BCIN (Cultural Bank of National Interest).
